I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a wonderful citrusy scent, making them feel elegant and cozy. The service was top-notch, with friendly and knowledgeable staff making me feel right at home. The location was perfect, within walking distance to great restaurants and shops. The dining experience was nice, although it could be more vegetarian-friendly. Overall, a great value for money with fantastic facilities.

However, the service was a bit inconsistent as it ranged from friendly and knowledgeable to very rude. The location was convenient, within walking distance to the mall and some good restaurants, but the harsh white lights in certain areas were a bit off-putting. The dining experience was somewhat mediocre, although the made-to-order omelet, waffles, and pancakes were a plus.
